Boulder Ridge Development
The Boulder Ridge project is an exciting mixed-use development located just south of Anderson Junction and approximately two miles west of Interstate 15. This development, spanning over 200 acres, aims to become a vibrant part of Toquerville’s growth and provide a diverse range of housing options and community amenities.
Overview of the Boulder Ridge Development
- Location: South of Anderson Junction, near Interstate 15.
- Project Size: 200+ acres.
- Residential Units: Planned for 1,556 units, including townhomes, vacation rentals, and apartments.
- Design: The development will offer a mix of attainable housing and luxury homes to meet the diverse needs of residents.
- Surroundings: The development is bordered by Bureau of Land Management (BLM) property to the north and east, and private land to the south and west, with the Silver Reef neighborhood situated southwest.
Public Infrastructure and Planning
To support the growth and ensure infrastructure is in place to serve the Boulder Ridge development, the Toquerville City Council is working on establishing Public Infrastructure Districts (PIDs). These districts will help finance and manage essential infrastructure such as roads, utilities, and public spaces.
- Public Infrastructure Districts: The council has been discussing the creation of Boulder Ridge Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1 and 2 to facilitate the development of public amenities.
