Planning & Zoning

The Planning & Zoning Department oversees the City’s land use rules, reviews development applications, and ensures projects align with Toquerville’s General Plan. Staff works closely with the Planning Commission, developers, and residents to make sure all land use decisions comply with the City Code and Utah State Code.

The online version of the City Code is for general reference only and may not include the most recent updates or amendments. Before making any decisions based on this information, please check with the City Recorder to confirm current regulations. If any differences exist, the officially adopted ordinances will apply.
